Glest 3.0

Glest is an Open Source, 3D real time strategy game that can be modified using XML and a set of tools.The core game allows the player to take control of two completely different factions: Tech, which is mainly composed of warriors and mechanical devices, and Magic, that prefers mages and summoned creatures in the battlefield. Custom units can be defined using XML files. It's possible to define basic parameters (hp, mp, armor, sight, requirements and much more), skills and commands and the 3d models associated with them. Custom upgrades; factions; resources; tech-trees; tilesets; can be defined. Maps can be edited with the Glest map editor.
